HOW PICKLE MY FANCY CAME TO BE

Diana & Scout were both raised in Miami, Florida but didn’t meet one another until years later, in Austin, Texas. They started off as roommates in their college co-op and later spent months hitchhiking their way around Europe. Fast forward another couple of years, and they are both back in Austin, livin’ life.

Scout & Diana both experienced gut health issues around the same time and found themselves healing their gut bacteria through fermented foods. Sauerkraut, yogurt, kombucha, jun, you name it. Diana already had her pickling company up and running, so the two of them came up with the idea of turning Pickle My Fancy into a fermentation operation. And so it begins!

You can now find the two of them selling jars of probiotic filled veggies at your local Austin pop up markets. They are currently in the process of offering their products in stores so you can get your hands on some pickles whenever you’d like!
